A tailored service process

Clear expectations from estimate to completion.

Explore a preliminary fee estimate first, contact us when you choose, and receive a written scope before work begins.

The process

Five steps, with clarity at each stage.

1

Explore Your Situation

Select every situation that may apply or simply say that you are not sure. No technical diagnosis is required.

2

Review an Estimate

See the scope and preliminary service-fee estimate available from the approved pricing rules, without logging in or sharing contact details.

3

Choose to Connect

Contact us directly or request a complimentary 15-minute introductory call by video or phone. A meeting time is confirmed separately.

4

Confirm & Share Securely

Accept the written scope, then follow a clear information request and use the client Portal for sensitive documents.

5

Prepare & Review

Work directly with a U.S. CPA through preparation, review, filing, and agreed next steps.

Before the call

What should you prepare?

A complimentary 15-minute introductory call, by video or phone, is available to understand your circumstances and the potential scope of work. Tax questions and advice are not covered during this introductory conversation.

Helpful information for the conversation

Be ready to describe what changed, the relevant filing year or transaction date, where you lived, the general types of income or entity involved, and whether a deadline or closing is approaching. It is fine if you do not know your tax status.

Information not to send by ordinary email

Please do not send Social Security numbers, EIN confirmation letters, passports, tax returns, bank statements, or other sensitive records. Secure upload instructions follow after engagement.

How is the final fee confirmed?

The online result is a preliminary service-fee estimate based on the approved rules and your selected answers. The written proposal confirms the agreed services and final fee before work begins; complex or uncertain items may require further review.
